Patricia Moser is deputy head of ISN Strategy and Operations. She joined the ISN in June 2003 as the manager of the ISN Events section. In January 2007, she became the ISN's chief editor. In this role, she was responsible for the editorial development of the ISN's website and all of the ISN's content-related activities. In 2007/2008, she oversaw the implementation of the new website. Between September 2008 and February 2009, she was acting executive editor and the leader of the ISN's Information Services team. In March 2009, she took on the position as head of project controlling. Between November 2009 and July 2011, she coordinated the International Security Forum (ISF) 2011.

Patricia Moser holds a Master's degree in Sociology, International Relations, and Economic and Social History from the University of Zurich. She studied at the University of Western Australia in 2002, taking classes in Asian Studies, Political Science and History.
