William Rooke joined the ISN as an editor in June 2011. Previously, he worked as a legal researcher for Habitat for Humanity International. He holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard University, where he specialized in Political Philosophy and International Relations.
