This report analyzes how NATO adapted to revolutionary changes in its security environment that took place between 2014 and 2018. More specifically, the text’s authors first outline these changes, the main difficulties they posed for NATO, and chief decisions made in the summits in Newport in 2014, Warsaw in 2016, and Brussels in 2018. Then, the publication examines the individual profiles of each of the 29 NATO members, analyzing the approach of each country to the pivotal issues on the Alliance’s agenda.
