This report explores ethnic and religious minority concerns in Iran and implications for US policy in 2008. The author cites cases of violence, legal and societal discrimination against women, ethnic and religious minorities. He provides a historical context and shows how incitement to anti-Semitism poses a continued problem due to severe government restrictions on freedom of religious expression.
