This brief discusses the policy recommendations of six prominent Iraqis resident in the US to the Obama administration. The six discussants agree that strengthening governance, ensuring free and fair provincial elections, and engaging Iraq's neighbors would constitute the best ways in which the US government can help facilitate Iraq's development into a stable democracy.
