Publication

This paper summarizes reports and a workshop on the reform of Haiti's criminal law. The authors outline the country's history with regards to the rule of law, review its existing criminal laws, and make recommendations for modernizing and improving them. In particular, they present model codes for post-conflict criminal justice.
