This journal addresses a wide variety of issues affecting African states, from women's participation in peacebuilding to post-conflict justice in Rwanda. Articles in the journal examine conflict history in the Democratic Republic of Congo, politicization of the 2008 elections in Ghana, and lessons that the South African democratic transition can provide to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
