Publication

This publication contains important legislation covering all aspects of Ukraine’s military organizations and state activities in the field of security and defense, divided into eight sections. It details Ukraine's statutory acts, legal framework and basic laws in the sphere of defense and security adopted on the basis of the Constitution. The book then addresses the development and reform of the armed forces, activities of the defense industry and the framework for demilitarization and democratization of the state military organization. The final two parts deal with international peacekeeping and the provision of social protection for service personnel and their families.
