This publication outlines the challenges to stability in Lebanon following the creation of a power-sharing government led by Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri. The author details the difficulties faced in forming the government before discussing the sectarian tensions between the Christian, Sunni and Shi'ite communities preventing a consolidation of peace and stability. The author stresses the importance of dialogue and reforms to achieve further progress.
