This report provides the latest estimates for existing foreign contributions to peacekeeping operations and reconstruction efforts in Iraq, international contributions to training and equipping the new Iraqi security forces, and the latest diplomatic developments regarding potential future donations from foreign governments. This report is divided into three sections. The first section discusses the international training effort. The second section tracks major diplomatic developments in financial and personnel pledges from foreign governments since the August 19, 2003 bombing of the U.N. Headquarters in Baghdad and major events since the fall of Baghdad on April 9, 2003. The third section presents estimated pledges of personnel, monetary donations, and material resources in chart form.
