Publication

On the 9th of May (Schuman Day), Mario Monti did the EU a great favour by publishing his report, 'A new strategy for the single market: At the service of Europe’s economy and society.' This Commentary briefly sets out the main lines of the Monti report and calls attention to a few critical aspects.
