This issue of the Russian Analytical Digest discusses the issues of corruption and the rule of law in Russia, such as corporate corruption in Russian regions, anti-corruption laws, and the limits of Russian legal reform. The paper is supplemented by figures from an international expert and enterprise survey on corruption and Russian public opinion polls on the legal system.
