This issue of the Russian Analytical Digest examines Russia’s education policy. The three authors consider different aspects of this policy and recent developments in Russian education. Harley Baler looks at the prospects of Russian Higher education to 2020. Eduard Klein examines the corruption and informal payments in Russia’s education system, whilst Iveta Silova discusses the nature of the higher education reforms through the process of global geopolitics in Russia, the Baltics and Central Asia.
