In this Bulletin, the author explains that Pakistan's recent decision to grant India 'Most Favored Nation' status is partly due to Islamabad's strained relations with both Washington and Kabul. The decision promises not only to bolster the bilateral relationship but also to earn Islamabad the applause of the US and Afghanistan.
