This commentary discusses the agreements reached at the 2011 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Durban, South Africa. The author argues that while the conference answered questions regarding the continuity of the Clean Development Mechanism and Joint Implementation, it did not provide any information on how they will be used in the future.
