This paper looks at migration flows between South and Southeast Asian countries and the role and prospects for interstate cooperation in managing them. In particular, it examines migration flows between India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Pakistan in South Asia and Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand in Southeast Asia and to a limited extent also Korea in East Asia.
