This is a transcript of a discussion on arctic exploration and the future of the Arctic. The participants also discuss the well-being of northerners, international collaboration among arctic states, safety and security, the opening of new transportation routes, and energy and other natural resource potential for the region. Finally they examine whether the future of the Arctic will be characterized by competition or cooperation.
