This is a transcript of a discussion on Russia's foreign policy and Putin's approach to the world. The participants examine Russia’s overweening sense of strategic entitlement and its attitude to the post-Soviet space. They also discuss US-Russia's relations as well as Russia's changing policy towards the West and give an outlook for relations beyond the presidential elections in March 2012.
