This is a transcript of a speech by Ali I. Al-Naimi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in which he addresses the international community's concerns about Saudi Arabia's position as the world’s leading crude oil supplier. He discusses the measures Saudi Arabia is putting in place to promote energy efficiency, its commitment to renewable sources of energy, and its ongoing investment in the oil and gas sector.
