This issue features discusses trends in conflict and post/conflict recovery across the Africa. This includes: political reforms in Lestho, global governance and intervention, the conflict in Sudan, democratic transition in Burundi, reestablishment of the Gacaca system of community justice in Rwanda, and constitutionalism and human security. It also summarizes trends in peacekeeping, conflict prevention and politics in five regions: North Africa, West Africa, Central Africa, East Africa and Southern Africa.
