Ahead of the NATO Chicago summit in May 2012, this testimony before the Congressional US-China Economic and Security Review Commission addresses the challenges and opportunities facing NATO-China relations. It argues that the US should exercise strategic leadership within NATO and once again lead from the front, working with European allies and Asian partners, to help shape a balanced NATO policy towards China.
