The speaker talks about perspectives on the Sudan-South Sudan crisis and the issues coming out of that. He says that negotiations between Sudan and South Sudan must resume immediately. He called on the international community to assist in demarcating the border between the two countries and said that a UN mandated force should be deployed along the border to avoid further conflict.
