This report examines the changes to US foreign policy made by the executive branch in the fight against international terrorism. It specifically looks at changes pertaining to international law such as the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the United Nations Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment of 1984.
