This is a transcript of a speech made by Abdurrahim El-Keib, Prime Minister of Libya, on 25 May 2012 at Chatham House. The Prime Minister said that the interim government is working towards democracy and that preparations are underway to elect, next June, the General National Council that will be tasked with drafting the constitution.
