2003

This publication looks at mine victim assistance programs using the cases of Nicaragua, Mozambique and Cambodia. Based on the general observation that the affected communities still have very little say in the formulation, prioritization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of mine action programs, the study focuses on how the communities are involved in the programs and how participatory elements in the programs could be strengthened.
