This paper discusses the relationship between Azerbaijan and Iran and the implications of this relationship for Israel. Azerbaijan's cooperation with Israel, its tendency to move closer to the West and conflict over territorial waters have increased tensions between Azerbaijan and Iran. According to the authors, this state of affairs is not necessarily auspicious for Israel.
