Publication

This report not only assesses the current strategic environment in and around the Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian regions, it also proposes a set of guiding principles for the creation of an overarching security community that would span both regions. In the latter case, the report offers concrete proposals for increased cooperation in four areas -- economics, the environment, security, and even the 'human dimension'. (Note: The report was presented at the 2012 Forum of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe [OSCE].)
