Publication

This paper addresses China’s internal discussions about its public diplomacy and soft power outreach. What were previously seen as external affairs or events involving foreign countries are now increasingly being labeled "public diplomacy". The author stresses the importance of public diplomacy and soft power concepts in explaining China’s position in the current state of international affairs.
