Publication

This paper discusses the issue of nuclear deterrence between India and Pakistan. It argues that there is growing discrepancy in comprehension of strategic issues in both countries. It also outlines several future scenarios and proposes ways to avoid conflict and enhance confidence and transparency between India and Pakistan.
