This commentary gives an overview of the current process in climate change negotiations around the Climate Change Convention in Doha. The author describes the various developments and presents the strategies of major players in the negotiations. He also outlines the different climate changes processes that are running in parallel and lists the most salient outcomes of the Doha conference.
