This report provides an overview of the IAEA Additional Protocol after the 2010 NPT Review. Since the adoption of the NPT Review Conference in May 2010, the number of states with an AP in force has increased from 100 to 115, with it being likely that the IAEA will succeed in encouraging more states without significant nuclear activities to conclude APs. Progress is unlikely for states with "significant nuclear activities" without considerable political support from weighty members states towards comprehensive crisis resolution.
