This working paper summarizes the findings of an analysis of the Palestinian Draft Law on the Right to Access Information, conducted by a team of legal experts. The working paper also provides recommendations to the Palestinian legal drafting experts in charge of drafting a new Palestinian Law on the Right to Access Information.
