Publication

This report summarizes the findings of the UNIDIR Cyber Security Conference held in 2012 to share knowledge and generate discussion on the cyber domain and the role that confidence-building measures (CBMs) might play in encouraging and nurturing both security and stability. The conference emphasized the international security aspect of the cyber domain and looked at how the international community might use multilateral efforts to deal with cybersecurity.
