This is a transcript of a keynote address by Simon Collis, British Ambassador to Iraq, on the 10th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq. In his speech, Collis addresses the many challenges faced by Iraq, ranging from political violence and corruption to ethnic and sectarian tensions as well as reaching an understanding on how to implement the constitution. He emphasizes that while it is essential to learn lessons from past mistakes, it is even more important to consider Iraq's future.
