This paper looks at Pakistan's myriad problems and its future prospects. Then, while considering how India should respond to its troubled neighbor, the paper's author concludes that New Delhi should not meddle in Islamabad's internal affairs. However, protecting itself from the spillover effects of Pakistani instability is another matter entirely.
