This work is a supplement to the 'A New START Model for Transparency in Nuclear Disarmament' study. The authors examine the reporting requirements of the New Start Treaty between Russia and the US. The purpose is to demonstrate the feasibility of extending the bilateral mechanisms to other nuclear-armed states. The authors provide an analysis of the nuclear forces of China, France, Russia, the US and the UK as well as technical specifications for each country in a model report format.
