In this transcript, the speaker talks about Angola's political and economic development since 1975, misrepresentations of the country's political history and prospects for change. He suggests that the changes sought by the Angolans since independence have not yet happened, but that he is optimistic that change will occur because of the frustration that exists in all sectors of society, including the government. He also talks about the role that the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola can play in this process.
