This is a transcript of a speech made by Harold Hongju Koh, professor at Yale Law School and legal adviser to the US Department of State, about international law and the US administration. He examines the different approaches to international law by the Bush and Obama administrations and discusses drones, fighting terrorist organizations, and the torture of prisoners.
