This is a conference report of the twelfth annual UNIDIR Space Security Conference which focused on the potential negative impacts of emerging security threats on all types of outer space activities. It gives details of the discussions from the conference and examines the roles that might be played by various stakeholders in efforts to enhance stability in outer space.
