In this transcript, three speakers discuss what national intelligence agencies should be allowed to do with personal digital data and where the divide between security and civil liberties should be drawn. They conclude that intelligence agencies should be subject to the rule of law in a democracy, but that they should also have the tools to keep up with developments on the internet.
