Publication

This report describes the federal and state laws governing offshore oil and gas development and the litigation that has flowed from such development. Also included is an outline of recent changes to the authorities regulating offshore development, as well as a discussion of recent executive action and legislative proposals concerning offshore oil and natural gas exploration and production.
