This bulletin discusses the possibility of tripartite dialogue and cooperation between the US, China and Myanmar. The author illustrates some examples of diverging and compatible interests between the three countries and concludes that tripartite cooperation would have to be initiated by Myanmar and pursued through Track Two diplomacy in order to be realized.
