This commentary examines British Prime Minister Cameron's proposals to limit EU citizens’ access to social benefits in the UK and questions whether doing this would breach the UK’s obligations under EU law. The authors also make some comments on the end of the transitional arrangements for Bulgarian and Romanian work-seekers in the EU and 'benefits tourism' in general.
