This report contains a summary of the key reflections and recommendations that emerged from the Aus-Africa Dialogue held in July 2013 on African-Australia relations. It also includes two background papers on key issues in Australia-Africa relations (security and governance; business and resource management; and China–US relations in the African context), as well as on development trends in Africa, Australia's engagement with Africa, challenges of doing business in Africa and related policy implications for Australia.
