Publication

This paper features a number of articles which examine Iran's society, culture, economy and politics, in order to understand the changes and developments which are taking place within the country. The paper is separated into five parts, each with a particular focus. These are: 1) nationalism, democracy, theocracy, and identity construction in the country; 2) women's struggle for reform; 3) human rights; 4) cinema and pop music; and 5) economic and political factors in social change.
