This paper outlines several ways that Australia, as well as ASEAN, could support Myanmar's further political, economic, and domestic security development. It also talks about how Australia could consider leveraging Australia’s seat on the UN Security Council, as well as its close ties with the US, to work with ASEAN in pushing for an end to US sanctions against Myanmar.
