This report provides a content summary of the November 2013 interim agreement on Iran’s nuclear program between Iran and the countries collectively known as the P5+1. It provides an overview of what Iran has agreed to in terms of its uranium enrichment and what the P5+1 have agreed to in exchange. It then lays out the successes and shortfalls of the agreement and concludes with possible implications of the deal on international security cooperation in the Middle East.
