This report talks about US State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs appropriations legislation, which provides annual funding for almost all of the country's international affairs programs. In particular, the author gives a brief account of the legislation and then goes on to talk about the different accounts -including the programs, funds, commissions, agencies, institutions and other activities- referred to in the FY2014 State, Foreign Operations appropriations legislation.
