In this transcript, General Sir Peter Wall, who is the Chief of the General Staff of the British Army, discusses how the latter service is being recalibrated to perform duties in a post-ISAF/Afghanistan world. In particular, he fleshes out the 'defence engagement' concept, which focuses on conflict prevention and the building of regional security and stability through active partner networks.
