This paper discusses the implications of the rocket barrage fired by the group Islamic Jihad from the Gaza Strip into Israel on March 12, 2014. The authors speculate on what this could indicate about the relative power dynamics between Hamas and Islamic Jihad and how Israel should respond if there is an increase in the intensity of rocket attacks or violence from within Gaza.
